Robert "Bob" Van Dine - Director

Robert Van Dine is Chairman of Black Rock International, a company which provides marketing and business consultation and management services, primarily to closely held companies. He currently serves a Vice Chairman and Director of Pacific Radio Group. He is a principal in Island Airwaves, which is engaged in ownership, operations and development of wireless broadcasting communication sites in the Hawaiian Islands.

Mr. Van Dine co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of St. Ives Laboratories Corporation from 1982 to 1987. After the company went public, he became Vice-Chairman of the Board. He was a founder and Chairman of Malaga Bank (1985-1990); co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mill Creek Natural Products (1977-82).

Mr. Van Dine serves on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles World Affairs Council. He is a Knight in the Sovereign Military Order of Malta; a Knight Commander with Star in the Order of Knights of the Holy Sepulcher; a member of the Order of St. Hubertus and the Bohemian Club of San Francisco.

Among his many civic and community responsibilities, he has served as Honorary Consul-General of Singapore for California from 1999 to 2004; a Trustee for the Archbishop's Education Foundation; and was appointed by George H. Bush to serve on the President's Senior Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations (ACTPN).

He is married to his wife, Mary Beth of 38 years; they have two children and four grandchildren. They reside in California, Hawaii and Colorado.
